To be admitted, it is necessary to fill out the attached Admission Form. After your Admission Form is reviewed, you will be notified of your admission to the Ukrainian Neurosurgical Association as a Member.

Within one month from the day of acquiring membership in the Association, you will need to pay the Admission Fee (for details, see Regulation on Admission and Annual Fees).
