A man of unwavering principles and integrity, he has always remained devoted to his mission, to the Romodanov Institute of Neurosurgery, and to Ukrainian neurosurgery — even in the most challenging times.
When others hesitated, he stayed the course; when difficulties arose, he focused on building, uniting, and leading toward the future.
His dignity, professional excellence, and moral strength have long been a guiding light for many generations of Ukrainian neurosurgeons.

Professor Pedachenko embodies humanity, courage, and loyalty to the highest ideals of medicine.
As a leader, he inspires through wisdom and example.
During the hardest years — the COVID pandemic and the ongoing full-scale war — he remained by the side of his colleagues, ensuring that the Institute continued to provide advanced neurosurgical care to the wounded, conduct research, and educate young specialists.

Today, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to you, Dear Professor Yevhenii Pedachenko, on your 76th birthday.
